PATRICK TAYLOR PHILLIPS

Patrick Taylor Phillips is a producer and music educator. He is the lead guitarist, vocalist, and composer of a new, as-yet-untitled metal project. He previously played in Virginia-based bands Crossing The Event Horizon and Mind's I, providing support for renowned acts like Necrophagist, Kayo Dot, Ion Dissonance and Arsis.

Phillips is currently preparing to release the debut album for a new progressive metal project showcasing his talents as a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer. Blending technical prowess with emotional depth, the album combines advanced compositions, intricate rhythms, emotive vocals, and electrifying guitar solos, offering a captivating journey through complex musical landscapes.

Phillips has a degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and also works as an illustrator and fine artist. His visual art can be viewed/purchased in the Shop section.
